2025 Plan
This event takes the discussion to the next level that was started in 2023. The 2023 discussions identified certain traits of successful project leadership but also identified organizational traits that foster success. The twofold success of the individuals involved in the projects as well as of the project itself requires that Executive levels of all of the entities involved create the environment that leads not just to successful projects but also provides a pathway for individual success within the organization. The event will include discussions on organization approach to specific areas in creating this type of environment by focusing on the following: 

1. Processes and Organization

2. Attracting, Training and Retaining Talent

3. Lessons or Thoughts that Executives Wish They Could Share 

4. Decision Making Empowerment Throughout the Organization

Each table will have a mix of industry experts from consultants and owners to contractors.  They will also have a Tabletop Leader and a Notetaker at each table. We will have assigned seats in order to provide a mix of industry experts at each table.
